「Very very very bad hotel ever , the staff is very rude, the room is dirty, no hot water, from 9 pm to 2am , someone talking loudly in the pathway, I make complain with staff, they said nothing to do , it cost me 64 pounds , not worth it. Overall bad bad very bad hotel」

「Lovely room for the price we paid, we stayed for a few days over from Northern Ireland to see family. The staff were very accommodating and always checked to see if we needed room service. We ordered from the restaurant downstairs a they brought it up for us. The staff over all where lovely and we would stay again.」

「Large comfortable rooms with king sized bed. Spacious bathroom with adequate toiletries. However the light over the basin was not working thus making it dark for my husband to shave. This was report to reception. No overhead lighting on the dressing table mirror either, again making it dark to apply makeup. Prior to arrival we were asked to specify a time for breakfast. 「All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.」
