「The hotel is located right in the heart of Panjim. Many areas around are walkable. Old Goa and Miramar beach are a short cab ride away. The hotel staff was great.」

「This hotel is overpriced given its very mediocre facilities. Major drawback: the only option to move around was to use the only taxi driver made available by the hotel, who was charging 2 to 3 times the normal rate and proved unreliable. Foreign tourists should avoid this hotel. 」

「This is a great hotel for getting to restaurants and bars and walking to the beach the negatives were the rear of the hotel needs attention the garden was overgrown and dirty as you walk through it to get to the pool which was dirty the bathrooms were from the 18th century and the bed linen was dirty even difficult to get new towels everyday my friends room was without hot water for the entire 4 night stay the hotel could not fix the issue and did nothing to change his room or apply priority...
