「I should have given perfect stars however the checking in was very inconvenient. There are no staff, and it is only through telephone. I spoke to the man in charge and he have given me the address of the annex which I did not expected to be in the other place. Fortunately, it is just nearby to this place as we arrived 8pm (which was conveyed before arrival).」

「The staffing and service was amazing, but the clarification of which building is which is very confusing. Please make sure to double check with staffing about which of the three buildings you can go to. Also make sure to get a email of your code or you might be a bit stranded. It was my first trip out of country though, so it can be my fault as well! But the staffing helped me out a ton, and the first night they let me stay in another hotel room in Zaandam, which was extremely polite of...

「I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails 」
