「Rally great experience! Awesome service and great ambiance. Only a few items didnt love: The phone was broken in our room and the batteries in the remote were dead. Then, just know there are a lot of kids, lots of yelling children running up and down the halls at all hours (of course not the hotel's fault but FYI for others staying there.) Overall really liked and would stay again!」

「给我的房卡失效了，外出回来打不开房门，儿子跑过来开门的时候摔倒了，3分钟不能站起来，因为疼痛哭的撕心裂肺，打电话给前台，工作人员态度恶劣，第二天给酒店发邮件反映这次事故，至今没有收到回复，这是我们出行十天中最恶略的一家酒店，傲慢、不负责任、态度恶略」
