「Overall it was a nice stay for the night. The only downfall was our rooms phone was completely broken from the wall and couldn’t get a replacement so ordering room service was difficult as I had to call the main windcreek line wait on hold and get transferred each time but still was able to receive it. I think the cleaning could have been a bit better as I noticed it was more of a touch up clean but not thoroughly cleaned. An inch of dust and dirt on almost all the furniture and no pillow cases...

「The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly. Its a much older property with a lot of wear & tear but it was clean and the price was great. Family had to evacuate a hurricane in Florida & it was way better than a shelter. It's a clean place, warm bed, hot shower at a good price. 」

「There were two of us in the room but only gave us enough to make 1 cup of coffee so we had to ask for more, they had a fridge and microwave in the room but the freezer part of the fridge was a solid block of frost and when I tried to put my large coffee in the microwave it didn’t fit. Mainly I want it clean and bug free and it was. For the price it is a great value. My suggestion to them would be to have a foster in the front office area with bread, butter and bagels as a continental breakfast....
