「While the Radisson Collection Bamako remains the best hotel in the city, it has it's issues. Not their fault, but the ongoing power cuts are a hassle, especially when in an elevator. There was a leak from the ceiling in the restaurant. The carpets are starting to show signs of wear and stains from past guests. The staff do their best and are friendly and helpful though.」

「Le personnel est très gentil et serviable - toujours disponible et prêts à aider. L'emplacement est merveilleux. Les chambres sont un peu délabrées.... l'électricité a besoin d'être refaite à neuf et les chambres repeintes. C'est un endroit très reposant.」
