「Best property for location, literally connected to the haram and puts you directly in front of the bab as sallam gate. Excellent staff and eccellentbfood offerings. Only issue is it is so big you have to catch three different elevators to get anywhere. Easily can waste 20 minutes just going back up to room and back down if forget anything. Room to haram time and distance is very cumbersome because of multiple sets of elevators you have to take.」

「Poor shuttle service to Haram . During our stay no service at least from midnight fo Fajar and staff won’t tell you that’s is NOT running at this time . May be they can have a dedicated person to guide people about shuttle service . Walking is give or take 40 minutes to Haram . Rooms are nice and clean with modern amenities. 」

「Stayed here for 4 days, definitely 5 ⭐️ clean room, helpful stuff and very kind people. If you’re worrying about walking distance it’s about 10-15 min walk, shuttle buses also available 24/7 drop you off right in haram. Definitely recommend this place.」

「Excellent property with great helpful staff, we were early and they were able to give us room around noon instead of 4 PM. Only drawback is back is location. It’s uphill and requires lots of walking also shuttle was not much help. If luxury is priority this is the one for you」
