「The location of the hotel is convenient. The room is clean as well, but the there are not much light in the room and it is too small. 」

「Disgusting hotel!!! There were 5 sizable spiders hanging in the ceiling on top of the beds which I won’t expect in a city hotel! More to come throughout the night which we can’t sleep at all! The trash in the hotel hasn’t been cleared and with the rubbish from the precious guests! The lamps is broken. No lift to my room as it is in the roof top. The staff is very rude! I suppose to stay 3 nights with fully paid and non-refundable but we still decided to move to another one as it is not...
