「Location is around 7 - 9 Km away from the nuwara eliya town. We booked 2 family room and both washrooms are worst. There no enough water, hand showers were brocken, washroom lights want work time to time, smell. No water bottles, soap, shampoo in the room. Not enough car park. There is no water tap for hand wash in the room or in the lobby except washroom. On the other hand, people who work there were very friendly and supportive.」

「The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. What you need to do is to tell your butler what you want and he will serve you or give advice to you. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit the same place. The experience is worth your payment.」
