「櫃檯非常熱情，有特別派英文講解的服務，給予很多詳細資訊，飯店還提供借腳踏車服務。 剛好週邊算是高知熱鬧的地方，電車會在飯店門口停車。 房間可以遠眺高知城，衣櫃提供很多樣式的浴衣外衣，很喜歡。」

「This was my first time in this Kochi, accidentally something happened. I’m really unfamiliar with city, and no place to stay. But they are totally unfriendly, and they did not want to help at all. This really gave me a very bad experience and feeling about this city and people. I like Japan, but very disappointed to this place.」
