「We stayed 5 nights and loved it. It is close to malls, Sheldrick elephant orphanage and the Giraffe Center. Would stay here again on next visit to Nairobi. 」

「Rooms are as in the pictures. Little disappointed that there was no air conditioning. Was only given one towel. Food was terrible. Expensive and it took so long to get served in a rather mediocre venue for the price you pay. Also was served cold. Chips were soggy and overall experience with food was quite disappointing. I did like the room layout and big wooden doors but wasn’t a fan of the old locks but understand some folks may find that appealing. At the gate, the guard was quite pleasant and...

「Please don't reserve any rooms from this hotel. It's really not a hotel It's more like a motel. Very old rooms and very dirty no heater It's was very cold at night it was like sleeping outdoors. I will never reserve any rooms at the KAREN INN SUITE !!!!!!!!!」

「Una bellissima struttura, grande, curata, camera spaziosa con aria condizionata. Siamo stati accolti benissimo, prima dallo staff e poi dal management italiano. Carinissimi, gentilissimi e soprattutto disponibili. Quando torneremo a Watamu faremo sicuramente tappa qui. Prenotate senza dubbio. 」

「There is a manager Job that schedule several tours only wanted me to pay in cash and didn't pay for parks entrances and when I asked to be paid back he sent to my driver he was honest but not in my hand like I paid him the staff around him is exceptional the internet there is none this hotel need new management」
