「房間很大，但冷氣不夠，整晚睡覺都很熱，其他的都不錯，走路去商場就大概5分鐘就到了，到了商場，商場有很多吃的選擇！來這裡重點是他旁邊的水上樂園，小孩玩得很開心！」

「酒店內環境和房間都讓人挺滿意，只是酒店的地理位置真要說明一下，對於不是開車直達酒店的旅客真的不太方便，雖然地圖顯示是在新山檢查站旁邊，但附近並沒有比較直接的路線能通往酒店，得繞一大段距離才能步行至酒店大堂，而且那段路程完全沒有斑馬線，拖著行李橫過車來車往的馬路真的挺危險，附近在大型施工還需要經過地盤工地，女性遊客可能需要考慮注意一下。」

「Room is efficiently laid out. Breakfast buffet is good. Egg station starts only at 8am. Separate toilet, sink and shower is great idea. Bidet, too. Only problem is the toilet glass not sound proof so if you flush toilet in middle of the night, it is very loud. Soft and firm pillows provided. Charging and USB points at each side of the bed. Additional socket on desk. Hot water flask, hair dryer, safe, fridge, hangars.」

「A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course.」

「Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a...

「Actually, I only stayed for one night, but the feeling was just okay. The lobby has kept my luggage in the lobby for a long time until I went downstairs and took it back by myself after few unanswered phone calls being made. Meanwhile, the TV channels are not enough without many choices. The washroom was small if compared to other five stars hotel. If you ask me whether I will stay there again, I won't. Overall, only a 3.5 stars hotel!」
