「The staff went above and beyond. Lovely stay in a great hotel. Could not fault the food, atmosphere, room and location. It was located in the main town and on the doorstep to the main bus station so all areas of the Island were in easy reach. 」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

The bar and restaurant are cosy and relaxing spaces, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and when we return to Jersey, this is where we will stay again. It's a lovely relaxing hotel.」
