「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「From arrival to departure we were made to feel welcome the staff are superb nothing is too much trouble. The food is absolutely delicious perfectly presented and portioned. The rooms are very comfortable the bed linen is superb plenty of tea and coffee. All in all this hotel is deserving it’s four star rating plus another, thanks to all management and staff for making our stay special.」
