「Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.」

「Really nice hotel. Breakfast amazing. Good service. Was upgraded to a delux room with bit more space. Rare find in jlem with stunning indoor pool. Only gripe is the lack of onsite parking so had to pay externally every time. And the carpark nearby that has an arrangement (20% discount for guests) closes at 11pm so if you miss that deadline you have to go elsewhere without discount. 」
