「絕對是物超所值的一家飯店，地點絕佳餐廳好吃，服務人員態度超好，住了兩晚實在不夠深度了解北威爾斯，希望能再次造訪，唯一是導航地點有點不正確，一過橋就到旅館了，導航會報過頭。」

「Had a lovely 1 night stay at this historic hotel. The interiors are dated but that is part of the charm. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. The room and bed were comfortable, but the kettle was a bit rubbish and not convenient to use (it was connected to the plug which was behind the television) The breakfast was pretty average, not the best but you had enough options. Overall we enjoyed...

Breakfast was was fantastic,so tasty and filling. Great choice of evening meals, wholesome home cooked food. An enjoyable 2 night stay, thank you Gary and Veronica.」

「It was a spur of the moment stay and i am so glad i booked it. The host was amazing. She couldn't do enough for you. She upgraded me from a single room to a double room at no extra cost as she didnt want the guests above the single room to disturb me. She made me feel right at home. The food was amazing, i had a lovely full cooked breakfast that set me up for the day. The locarion was good to, 5 minutes from the town centre. Train statuon , ferry and beach. 」

「A lovely friendly hotel. Very well kept. A nicely decorated room with lovely furniture. Great power shower! The only downside for me was the mattress, it just needs replacing. When you don’t sleep well it’s a shame. The breakfast was lovely, there was a large selection to choose from. A lovely stay!」

「Very clean property. Stunning location. Stayed 4 nights. Very impersonal. No communication from owners/operators. No breakfast provided as advertised in Expedia web site. Just orange juice (out of date) and milk in fridge. Had a little difficulty locating property. Rang mobile number in conformation email for assistance but got no reply. Had to locate key in key safe to let myself in. Garden Room very small. Would not stay there again」

「DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IT IS CLOSED. After a 20 mile day on a walking trip we turned up to find the place closed. On contacting hotels.com they spent 45 minutes trying to find us alternative accomodation and having failed they hung up and never called us back. Left stranded and getting dark we could only find a place 40 miles away available and had to sort transport to and from ourselves which left us £200 out of pocket let alone a massive inconvenience. Hotels.com have still not called us...
