「This hotel is fantastic. The staff are super helpful. Its certainly at an international standard with great bedrooms, amenities, roof top bar and pool, and the location right on Calle Crisilogo makes it easy to walk or tricycle everywhere in the city. The "clip clop" of the horse carriages is very quant. Parking in their nearby offsite lot is straightforward and secure. I will visit again to enjoy this place.」

「Over all, it’s a five star especially for the price. Only thing was the puddle. Hard to get out of the parking but, not a deal breaker. Friendly and informative staff. Everything was functional and hot water ready was a plus. Truly a happy stay」

「The experience was excellent. We felt like we were living the life of a Senorito and Senorita with their personal service.」

「The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside.
