「The breakfast staff was super friendly as well as the restaurant! We were helped by a nice young lady during breakfast and everday she put a smile on our faces and invited us to the beach bon fire at the beach club. Can’t remember her name but fantastic service.」

「Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort....

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a problem in our first room but they moved us and made sure we were happy. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed the whole fish and had the best seafood soup we’ve ever tasted. I would highly recommend it. Nellie at the front desk was especially friendly and deserves recognition. This is our third time in Roatan and we will be back! The diving with Bananarama was fabulous...
