Susan provided a great summary and useful information upon arrival. The staff was able to help me contact a tour operator that was running late. "This place within 100meters of atleast 2 Michelin (food) recommended places. Also the softest beds we have found in South East Asia! The service of the hotel amazing. We arrived very late (after our original other hotel booking was a disaster, had to find a place very late at night).
