「Friendly staff but room/bathroom was disappointing 」

「The personnel were polite and very helpful. They need however to have someone who could understand and speak English well. (Not many locals speak English). The building was nice. Only criticism is that the carpets especially the one in 4th floor is soiled. They need to either replaced them or clean them.」

「The hotel is in a convenient location. Clean and the receptionist Tam did excellent job of helping us with the arrangement for a city tour and follow up with the transportation service we needed.」

「Its a great location right on the beach with friendly staff and excellentviews. Brilliant spot to get away to for a few days. We'll be back for sure.」

「The room was much smaller and older than in the picture and there was hair in the shower when I checked in. There were only two electric outlets and one didn’t work. Looks like the property has changed owner and it is not properly cared for. 」

「Expected a bit more from the advertised photos but we didnt pay a lot so didnt expect too much. Room was functional. Wifi was limited. No catering due to covid. Local area had limited eating places but we had our own transport so it was fine. We forgot an item of clothing and staff posted it too us next day which was fantastic. We used the place as a base for exploration and it was ideal for that.」
