「About 3 mins walk to Europa centre, about 12 mins walk to KaDeWe department store and various restaurants. Staff are prompt and professional. Below average breakfast; poor choice of menu, subpar quality breads and lack of potatoes and sausages. It should be a crime to charge 25 EUR per person for that. Do not drink water prepared in rooms unless you are member of hotel chain or they'll charge you 4.5 EUR for each bottle. 」

「一早8點15分就有house keeping把房門打開說要整理房間，我們只住一晚，是要趕客人的意思嗎？真的很糟糕。到底是如何管理的！！」

「Good location,otherwise just like normal 3-star one, poor breakfast and service. 」

「The hotel locates near a train station, if on the lower floor it can be disturbing by the noise of the traffic and the train. Otherwise, the location is great to access to shopping, dining , museum island and Berlin Dom. Not sure ( decide not to ask) if the hotel offers room cleaning every day. Our room was not cleaned after first night since we scattered all our stuffs in the room, so we didn’t ask during the stay. 」
