「so far so good for the room and environment. The room is very suitable for 4-5 ppl family, the space is very big. The staff is nice and responds fast through WhatsApp. The location is great! just 5 mins walk to KLCC.」

「Pool and pool view are great, gym as well. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt that looked exactly like the description. The hotel is in waking distance from the twin towers and the very nice park next to them. The one complain I have was the absence of face and/or hand towels. We only got bath towels (1 per person) that had to be used for the pool too. The washing/drying machine was nice to have but hard to use without any instructions.」

「I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it...

「Good stay and good location . Unfortunately, not easy to find by the crab taxi and in the maps! Quite a confused location as the signs no obvious at the main road. Easy way is mentioned stop at the Nanara Tun Razak building and cross opposite. That is the easy way . Air-co at Master bedroom has needed refill as no cold as infact hot heat coming out. Overall is a good place and this building still new ( under construction work going on) and not clear signs panel inside this buildings .」

「Polite staff, nice facility, like swimming pool and gym room, efficient check-in and -out process, reasonable design of the room, clean and tidy. 」
