「Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. Two days prior to arrival, I was sent an email form w/ one of the questions asking when we'd be arriving. I selected the noon-2pm...

「The hotel is stunningly beautiful, clean and accommodating. The main issue was food and beverage service. The staff had no clue on how to wait on tables, present menus, serve beverage or food. We waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks only to be brought one, told two weren’t available and had to wait again for the last. It was disappointing at best. Food was good but they need training in their restaurants! 」

「I really enjoyed my stay here at Rosalie Bay. Their grounds are beautiful although they could maintain landscape a bit better say the labyrinth and along ocean. The biggest disappointment is the room which was dull and dreary lacking the Caribbean vibe, window did not open which really forced me to use A/C」

「This is in an idyllic forest setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fun and tasty. There is parking outside and across the road. WiFi is great. It's the opposite of quiet but the noises are rainforest sounds and cattle, which is restful in a different way. The rooms are pretty basic and a little tired but have everything you need. It's convenient for the airport and river but there is no hiking near to the property. 」

「The property was well kept and had everything we needed and then some. Carol Anne has thought of everything to make a guest stay pleasant, convenient and comfortable. The garden and gazebo are beautifully kept and manicured. Perfect for a scrumptious breakfast setting, which we received !! A healthy vegetarian breakfast with fresh local produce.
