「Deep disappointment with the quality of our stay. Upon our arrival, we were dismayed to discover that the bedsheet in our room was visibly soiled with black marks, leaving us with serious doubts about its cleanliness and whether it was even new. This issue raised immediate concerns about the overall hygiene and standards of the room.」

「如题，非常棒。女王和邱吉尔都曾住过的庄园，08年改建成酒店。地方很大，草地树林池塘适合散步，就是远了一点，如果没车的话有些不便，不过可以通过酒店叫车。服务很好，建筑和服务能让人体会到典型的英国风！」

「We had stayed there before, when we arrived the heating in our room didn’t work but the lovely receptionist sorted us out with a fan heater for the second night. Bit disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 2nd night ( just emptying the bins would have been nice!) Another area for improvement would be to fix the massive potholes at the entrance of the car park… but the location is great and the staff are really lovely!」

「Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. A wonderful memorable stay will go again definitely!」
