"My stay was amazing. The staff was so accommodating and the property was beautiful. "

"Staff was friendly, drinks were good, resort is right on the beach. We had to wait almost every time we went to the buffet or one of the restaurants. Went to the Spa, had a massage and facial, both were wonderful. Resort is in desperate need of renovations though, I don’t think the Hyatt has put any money into it since it was built in the 60’s, the staff do what they can with what they have. "

"Property was nice. Room was clean. No issues except our safe didn’t work, got a key from reception and was told maintenance would come by. They never did so we just kept using the key. We were given two room keys, one didn’t work. When we brought this to their attention we were asked what room we were in and then told “oh, only one key works for that room”. "The reception staff were amazing and the room was so clean every day. Very hospitable and would recommend this hidden gem. "

"This Hotel is under renovation and I was transferred to another property. So I can not honestly provide an opinion."

"Overall great stay however finding a spot at the pool or beach was very hard, people leave towels out to save a spot early in the morning while others have to wait for someone to leave. After a certain amount of time towels should be removed."
