「Great property in Bocagrande, it felt safe and the views are nice. Only downfall was some staff that have attitudes and were very unprofessional , ordered a burger and it wasn't cooked as asked and when sent back the chef came out to see who sent the burger back and stared at us as if he was upset and left slamming the door, you would of thought at that point as if he was paying for the burger himself. I stay in IHG properties 5 or more times throughout the year and never experienced anything...

「The hotel and staff were all first class. The original room #200 had very limited closet space and we were moved to #201 a superb room. The only other disappointment was the boat ride to the hotel’s private island as the winds were so strong that the rides (40 minutes to an hour) were very uncomfortable, our time there cut short due to the need to start back earlier than advertised and the wind was so strong that eating was near impossible.」

「We got room with balcony facing the beach and room had two bathrooms. Drainage system around the property was bad as street got flooded after rain and made it hard to walk around.」

「Great view of the surrounding area when on the upper floors. Though the neighborhood was loud at night, the room was well insulated from noise. Nice evening drink service at our room. Very helpful front desk. The toilet did keep backing up, and once the shower backed up a bit too, though it was quickly fixed each time. Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast. 」
