「We stayed at the San Ignacio Resort Hotel for two nights and had such a great experience! Not only is the property beautiful (swimming pool, patios, tennis court & walking trails) but the room was so clean and well-appointed. We slept so well every night! The restaurant was fantastic - we usually like to go to local places but the food was so good that we ate breakfast both days and dinner one evening there. Beyond everything else, the staff was so kind and courteous. Special shout outs to Ozzie...

「Our stay was amazing. We booked a studio, which was very spacious and had a huge shower and decent sized bathroom. I didn’t realize when I booked it that it didn’t have a patio, but now we know for next time. The grounds were incredible and so well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the area and felt safe with all the onsite staff and security on premises. They also did complimentary laundry service daily, which was sooooo helpful with being able to pack light and go...

「Umaya Resort is a great place to stay in Placencia. It is about 20 minute drive to the town. The resort is clean. It does need some updating and better care to details. For the price, it is a very good choice. 」

Excursions were super fun with great guides. Food was ok Beach had a lot of garbage wash up every day that wasn’t really cleaned up well.
