「I was a little nervous booking this property due to all the bad reviews, but the condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and provided all of the necessities we needed. Towels, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and a fully stocked kitchen was provided. The building is right on the beach and has two pools. The elevators were working fine while we were there and they were conveniently located in the parking garage. This condo was a great value!」

「Convenient location when visiting UAB.」

「We loved our condominium and the property. The beach was absolutely beautiful. We didnt like that they charged for parking and it was more than what we were told on Hotels.com」

「This property is gorgeous and tranquil. We stayed on the lake with a beautiful view. This cottage was clean spacious modern and comfortable. Definitely recommend to stay here!」

「I love it, it had everything I needed included to prepare my meals. The hospital was a less than 10. Minutes drive from my hotel. I would definitely stay at the landing again.」

「I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location」

「My wife and I enjoyed the location and atmosphere. The only negative thing that I can say was that the QR code for access to parking and the doors of the building, wasn’t given in the email like it was supposed to be. Nonetheless, when we reached out to the support team, it was handled quickly.」

「The unit was very clean and a nice size to accommodate my family. The view was amazing and too be on the beach was an added plus. Communication was amazing from reservation to check-out. I would definitely recommend Escapes to family, friends, and anyone looking for a beach side rental.」
