「This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine.」

「Location is perfect, fairly close to a big shopping mall. Staff was nice, but there were flies around in restaurant, which was annoying during our dinners. 」

「The staff at this property are brilliant and go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable stay. The location of the property is awful, it is surrounded by busy roads and freeways.」

「Spacious room, location is not so good surrounded by old residential buildings, they don’t give you more than 2 bottles of water per day 」

「We have nothing to complain about during our stay. Very helpful and serviceminded people in the reception and Cesar, working everywhere it seemed like, had always a smile on his face and fixed whatever we asked him about. Breakfast was also fine and you just had to ask for omelets or other things and you got it. Never empty plates, so you didn't have to ask them to fill up. We appreciate that. This is not a super luxery hotel, if you are looking for that. More "home cosy".」
