「Galle is not merely existing the Dutch fort, but also with Le Grand. Modern elegance is beyond the words` description. Comfortable rooms with gorgeous view. Friendly staffs are super helpful. Surely, security is strict to bring your safe feelings. When you hear the sea waves hitting the rocks, you feel peaceful and consider this hotel is definitely a home you should stay longer.」

「The Bartizan is a really nice hotel with a great view over the ocean. I had the tower room which was small and gorgeous. However, it was not perfectly clean (the fan was super dusty, my bedsheets did not smell very fresh), plus the water pressure in the shower was super low and the water cold. Breakfast was really good and was served in the courtyard - or on the terrace upon request (only advisable in early morning hours, otherwise it will be too hot).」

「An amazing hotel with incredible view, very peaceful and great for switching off. The people working there have been absolutely great, helpful and very professional. 」

「One of few hotels with its almost private beach. Boutique but a little rough around the edges - so what if nothing is perfect - this isn’t Maldives. Great food, really friendly staff. No loud music and respectful guests. They are offering a great product, that’s why guests return. Easy tuktuk to busier area and boats to take you elsewhere. We were genuinely sad to leave. 」

「The fort printers was a fantastic place to stay, can't recommend it enough! The staff were lovely, the hotel and room were beyond my expectations from the pictures and the area in Galle Fort was so wonderful and walkable. This was a great place to do some day excursions from as well, we went to both Mirissa for whale watching, and Hikaduwa for a beach day.」
