The stay was alright. for almost $400 for two nights I would expect more though. Check in took the longest it's ever taken for me at a hotel. It was crazy. I waited for 30 mins with only two people ahead of me in line.. We booked a room for 4 people and only were given 2 towels. When I asked for more the staff member said she would bring me some when they had them available and had a list of room numbers that needed towels on her hand. They never brought us any towels. They also ran out of towels in the pool as well. So needless to say we were cold and wet. I booked this for the waterpark which was okay. I appreciated there were lifeguards but there were floating nasties in the hot tub, and the jets didn't even work. The pool water was warm in the kiddie pool, freezing in the other pools. The slide off the small ship looked sharp on the bottom and didn't extend to the floor of the pool so that seemed like a hazard for my kids. The water squirters also didn't work by the edge of the pool. Average stay but definitely wouldn't spend the extra $100-200 on this hotel next year.

I stayed there over the weekend with my family and as soon as i arrived at 4 the lobby was full of people checking in * i would recommend you doing it online* with only 2 people working, As soon as i got to the counter the lady was nice and friendly. I got to our room and there was towels everywhere in the hallways. I noticed they only had 2 towels in the room and we had 2 adults and 2 kids that were in the room. We went to the waterpark and we let the kids play and us as the adults played too well the hot tub didn't work. the bar in the middle the bartender was highly rude and didn't acknowledge us till we had to say something. when i ordered my drink she used stir sticks as my straw and i had to ask for a lid. The waterpark wasn't fully stocked with towels, so we had to go to our room fully soaked and dripping wet, we went to the front desk and asked for towels and we were told on numerous occasions they were out of towels and someone was bringing more, i gave the lady our room number to see if she could have someone bring them to our door when they got some and she said yes ** never got any extra towels** went to the waterpark the next morning and of course no towels in the pool area and also in the front desk got told the same story " out of towels someone is bringing more" as soon as i told one of the lifeguard he brought some up and less then 5 mins of him bringing them up they were gone. The breakfast was mediocre. when they were cleaning up the guy was kinda rude.

The staff were all great from the desk clerks to the bar staff. The hot tub was not operating like it should and was fishing dead skin off the water’s surface was not hot and the jets were not working. Room was great but we did have kids knocking on our door and running all evening as we were pool side. But we came for our 3 year olds Birthday and she and the other kids had an absolute BLAST

The hotel seemed to be poorly staffed and over occupied. There was trash left behind by others and left untouched. They staff the restaurant was polite and helpful, but the tables were beyond sticky and needing resurfacing. Blaring music from the pool was left on all night and cops were called for various disturbances. I can’t safe we felt overly safe.

It took 30 minutes to check in (even after doing it online), pool did not open on time because life guards came in late, no towels on one of the days for both pool and bath- only hand towels. Only one person working at the restaurant. It was spring break so it was busy. My kid spilt hot chocolate and I asked a worker for a towel and he told me he didn’t have time for it and to just leave it. I ended up grabbing napkins while he was watching me and making himself tea. Great place otherwise but I was not pleased.

I have read all the negative reviews, but hopped for a better experience. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. Two night Thursday through Saturday... We came because of the water park. It was closed Thursday!!! Zero communication on web site. Hot tub broken! Swimming pool ice cold. The water park was only open Friday 4p to 9p! It opened back Saturday morning till noon... . The room is very outdated. Restroom door was broken. Faucet in shower leaks like crazy... The staff was friendly, but it couldn't save the experience

Old and outdated. Hot tub was broke and pool was only 73 degrees. Stains on the walls in the rooms and metal fence around pool was rusting and falling down. O hot water for showers. Staff member Unique did awesome helping us manage. Boss's pizza next door was understaffed and was burning all the food. Many people were leaving and asking for refunds. Water park water was warm but is only open on the weekends.

My stay here was terrible first we didnt have hit water the hole night which we had to sleep and drive 2 hours with chlorine on us but we didnt have sheets for the let out couch on top of that only cereal for breakfast Front Desk needs more training the showed lack of concern i had a King Suite for my daughter birthday which i paid $250 and i didnt even get half of my amenities i didnt get a refund or a partial refund nothing

Had to wait until exactly 4pm to check in, then had to wait in a hour line just to check in. Kitchen staff was vaping in the kitchen area, instead of handling customers. Will never book a room there, or use Expedia again!

Check in took 2 hours then after checking they put us in a dirty room they did accommodate and get us to a room that was clean but it was not poolside like I selected and they said I would get a discount but I don't think I did I will never stay here again

No towels in pool area. Only gave us 2 towels in a King Suite with 6 people. No way of contacting front desk unless you walk down there. Resturant attached to hotel pizza oven was broke down and only 1 person working vegind the counter. No bartender at the tiki bar in the pool area. And the worst is that there was NO hot water to shower. So we checked out a day early amd went home !!!!!

I'm sad to write this as I had high hopes for this place and it could be so good. We got there at 320 and were told the rooms aren't clean yet. Try back at 330 or 4. We returned at 4 to no less than 25 people in the lobby. 2 hours later, we were able to get checked in. When we finally got in, we didn't realize my handicapped mom would have to walk all the way around for her room. When we got her in the " accesible" room, we found a bed and a bathtub that she could not get into. She slept on the couch. The pool was a hike for her, and there wouldn't have been accessibility into the pool once we got there. Not that we could get in because there were too many people to move and the chlorine smell would have put her in an immediate asthma attack. The rest of our rooms were ok but so dated and needed maintenance . The shower actually didnt work in my sisters room but maintenance did show up and fix it.We decided not to go out that night so we went to boss' pizza. The lady was a little frazzled brought us menus and said she was alone and it might be a minute. she ran to grab a drink for another table and then went to the back. She was there awhile so we ordered through the QR code. We asked the guy who came out a few times if there was an estimate he said it's coming. One hour later the lady comes out of yhw back and says where do I start. We say we are still waiting for food. She's like ok let me check and he then comes out with some food. He hands me a philly cheese steak and the

The absolute worst experience I have had at a hotel. Check in was at 4pm and the rooms were not ready for check in til 5:30pm. We had 3 rooms there and in two off them the toilet would not flush. In one room the carpet was wet apon check from toilet water. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and it flooded the floor. They had to close down pools because they didn't have enough life guards. And the entire property had no hot water to the showers. The staff were incrediblely rude when yo it tried to get the issues resolved! We will never be back and the health department needs to be called as they clearly had septic issues and you would periodically get wifes of sewage!!!
