The room was spacious and clean, and the area provided plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only drawback is parking. There are only so many dedicated spots for this accommodation. Plus, the street nearby is free but also fairly busy, given the live, happening restaurants nearby. It could present a challenge if you're not lucky.

You have to pay extra to have your room visited by a custodial crew, the hallways were constantly filled with trash, the parking lot is right next to a homeless encampment, two towels and one roll of toilet paper meant for two people staying the entire week, a constant hammering noise that lasted the whole stay. If people actually work on the premises, I did not see them. And they charged me for two days I was not there. Anywhere is better.

Things to know that we did not: -Some amenities depend on your assigned unit. It advertised and gave instructions for TVs in bedroom and living room. As other complained, not a TV in 33s bedroom. Couch isn’t very comfortable for movie sitting. -no elevators (but only 3 stories) -parking is not plentiful and people do use it for neighboring businesses. Not a huge concern as we had a handicap pass, but good to know and expectations set. We had only 1 tricky parking night of 5. -people complained in reviews about noise. Our unit seems to have acted on others feedback providing a noise machine and earplugs. We are from a town (not city city) and it was fine. Yes, sometimes you can hear traffic, but the AC unit running was the loudest and acted like our noise machine leaving the fan option on. Hope this helps!

This property has no one on site you have to call a service rep and wait on hold every time you need something i tried to check in 1/2 hr early and they wanted to charge me for it the parking lot is always full of cars from the local bars and restaurants, so parking is a nightmare at night and since you don't register your car the towing company doesn't know who's supposed to be there you are right next to a major highway so it's always noisy especially when you try to go to bed Its more like we rented a furnished apartment for a week and only the living room has a tv (you have to use your own streaming services) the 2 bedrooms don't have tv's in them unlike every other hotel there isn't 1 place to plug a charging cable in for the phones either (we went to the store and bought one)

Overall good stay, we did get locked out of the property once, but it seemed to be a problem with the system since the alternate code was not working either. Problem was resoved quickly. Parking is not convenient, but the location certainly did.

The property was well located relative to great restaurant options, but the property itself was not worth the money. It is a studio, with a large kitchen, but no seating area and only a small table with hard chairs. There is tons of storage space, but if you are going to need so much storage, you are also going to need a sofa or a couple of armchairs. A second night stand would have been appreciated, as well as a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. There was a constant sound at night like a car alarm, but we could not figure out where it was coming from, though we do think it was within the building. Basically it felt like an overpriced hotel room with a large, but generally useless, kitchen.

If there is a way. I would recommend somehow making the room code also the outside entry door code , or making that code much shorter. I left my cell in the room and was not able to gain entry until another individual came out

Good but not great.
Location was great, Services not so much. I initially relied on having fresh towels everyday, but that did not last too long. Fresh towels were not available on a daily basis as i expected. I started washing my towels on a daily basis on the supplied washer/dryer. The noise was extensive from parked cars on the lot to the noise from the streets. Parking is limited on first come first serve basis. The number of available lots do not meet the available units.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sonder Osage. It was a bit clunky using the app and checking in remotely at first however I enjoyed the privacy afforded by the private rooms. It was very quiet

Overall, the greatest pro was the property’s convenient location in lohi. The room is pretty large with a full kitchenette. Not that the pictures are everything, but our room was layer-out different than the photos and there were no throw pillows. When we first entered the room, it smelled terrible (like someone fried a whole meal before checkout). The Sonder team quickly used their sanitation machine to clean the smell and resolve the issue. But I’m disappointed that this wasn’t initially fixed when they turned over the room — ANYONE would have noticed the overpowering smell. Over the course of our stay, we just consistently noticed unclean areas of the room, which should have been more thoroughly cleaned in the first place. Very average property.

I was traveling for work, and this was my first stay at a Sonder. Check in goes smoothly. The place is clean and looks like the pictures. It is a studio apartment with almost everything in a single room, but they have made some smart design choices fitting a large kitchen, full fridge, dishwasher, and laundry machine into the space. I wake up to find no hot water in the building. I get a text that a plumber is coming. Great! This will be resolved quickly (spoiler 1 – no it won’t). That evening I get a text saying that they need a part to finish repairs but “hope to have it first thing tomorrow morning”. They promise updates and provide a contact number for questions. Day 2 – no hot water. Day 3 – no hot water. I’ve had no updates since PM day 1. I text the provided contact number and wait hours - no response. Next I text the corporate number. Quickly they promise to relocate me to another building and to comp me for the days without hot water (spoiler 2 – I never get a refund). Perfect! I’m out working so we agree to check back in that afternoon to process the relocation. Afternoon arrives, I text only to find that now they have no idea what I’m talking about. I wait over an hour for them to do the thing we agreed on five hours earlier. I move into building 2, my door code stops working, and the a/c and laundry machine in this unit are broken – but it does have hot water! 5/5 stars when there are no problems, but 1/5 if issues arise due to poor communication.
