I got a studio that was nice and clean. Bedroom, bath, living room, kitchenette. Coffee maker, complimentary water. Across from Union Station, very convenient. It has washer and drier (no detergente) which was convenient.

Loved it! This is a beautiful condo-slash-hotel with loads of space to relax. Our rooms were clean, fully equipped, comfortable, easy to get in/out. The common spaces are amazing. We enjoyed carryout sushi on the 4th-floor patio and played shuffleboard in the 4th-floor lounge. Staff was great. Parking was easy -- but I recommend parking out front during check-in and getting your parking spot reserved with a little help from the front desk if you've never been there before.

quality of apartment itself was excellent. I didnt realize checking in that stay on 4th floor means not safe to leave window open, as right next to shared terrace and hottub area. There were also people in these areas late night and it was a bit noisy. I was offered other floors so could have chosen differently.

Lots of great amenities from the fitness centre to the swimming pools to the billiard tables. Everyone in the group found entertainment.

Great corner location. Property was clean and provided what we needed for a weekend stay. The overall location was great to walk to Ball arena, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Being right at Union Station provided convenience for our guest to access the train to the airport. The staff was friendly and responsive to all our questions. We will definitely look to stay here again.

This hotel/corporate housing is tricky to access. Lots of technology involved, but staff was more than willing to help. Rooms were spacious. And very home like. Kitchen, washer and dryer, bedroom, and a view over the city made for a great comfortable stay. The room was clean and an overall great stay. I will definitely be staying here again. They do charge extra for parking like most downtown parking structures but my vehicle was safe and easily accessed.

At check in the payment machine wasn’t working and the manger immediately assumed it was an issue with my payment method when in fact it was the machine. I stayed at this property in 2024 and it was really nice. The quality has gone down quite a bit with the unit itself smelling moldy and the bathrooms starting to show signs of mold. While the location is great I would not stay here again bc I know I can get a much cleaner space for this price point and skip the macro aggressions at check in.
