I really liked this property and thought the staff were very kind and considerate. The buildings are charming historic structures. The rooms are in good shape. The included breakfast was nice and varied from day to day and fresh cookies were also a plus. :) I liked the emphasis on local products including the dairy and coffee. Information about the local products and local history was readily available on the property. The capitol and downtown were within walking distance (~1 mile). I attended a show at the Ogden Theatre and that was also walkable. There is a nice little pizza place at the corner (Pizza 3.14) that is conveniently located for late night omnomnoms. As in any city, exercise caution walking back at night.

Super charming. Each room is different and unique. Clean rooms. Inn keeper was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and they were accommodating for any kind of diet. Location was good, the flowers were starting to poke out of the ground, I can imagine the garden only gets better as spring goes on. Would stay here again.

Queen Anne's was one of the best places I've stayed at. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for me with food prep/store when I couldn't make it to all the breakfast times. The charm of this 1800s building was just wonderful, and each room is beautifully unique. I liked the parking in the rear. The area/community park out front can be a little sketchy, so just keep an eye on your surroundings.

I like everything about this place but the scattering of shady people peppered through the area. I don’t believe most people would feel comfortable walking in the area at night or even in surrounding areas at any point.

My fiance and I stayed here for the weekend to go to a bridal expo. Inn keepers were so friendly and hospitable. They had delicious home made cookies, breakfast was fantastic. On top of that there are plenty of places to walk to for entertainment and food. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Amazing staff! They would stop whatever they were working on just to chat with each guest. They baked cookies in the evening for everyone and made an excellent breakfast as each guest was ready. Outstanding experience and I will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Queen Anne! It has a European hostel feel to it, but with much nicer rooms. Our room (suite 3) was perfect, and super cozy. Breakfast was spectacular both days we stayed, and they were super understanding with allergies. The hosts were some of the nicest people we've met, and there are binders full of menus for local eateries. Good parking in the back, great tea selections, and so much more. I can't recommend the Queen Anne enough. I can't remember staying in such a fantastic hotel or BnB here in the states.

The house itself was beautiful! The artwork and furniture was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast can not be beat as well, scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt really hit the spot. The hosts were so nice, with fresh baked cookies upon arrival. I highly recommend Queen Anne B and B for your stay in Denver.

A darling bed and breakfast with a superior staff
We had the smallest room without a television. Some withdrawals but peace and quiet soon replaced any separation anxiety. Restaurants close by made a pleasant walk through a sweet urban park directly across the street. Parking easy. And the staff…perfection. Loved this place. Breakfast excellent as were the welcome cookies. Lovely.
