「We stayed over four nights. Perfectly fine not having daily housekeeping but by Day 3, trash was overflowing, out of coffee, out of toilet paper, etc. Even minimal housekeeping would have been welcome. Had to go to the front desk for everything.」

「Girls at front desk made me feel like I was bothering them when I came to check in. One said “I don’t even know if we have rooms available right now” before they even looked at the computer. I checked in early afternoon. The other one wasn’t very friendly at all. 」

「Check in was a bit late. Our room got pretty cold at night as the hest could not keep up. It was very cold outside so i undertand. But with 2 little kids it wa sless than ideal. The team was super helpful and eventually got it all fixed. Great servoce and very friendly. 」

「Front desk staff was friendly, the snack room and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Our room was clean, pleasant, comfortable, and fairly quiet, although the neighbors' running water was somewhat noisy. Parking was convenient and the area and hotel itself felt safe. We had to leave early and did not have time for breakfast so I can't comment on that, but they did have fresh apples and oranges available so I was able to grab an apple to go. We would stay here again.」

It is walking distance from CU-Boulder's campus (if you're willing/able to brave the trek up University Hill), as well as from Pearl Street, Boulder's pedestrian shopping & dining area. This hotel is in the old motel-style, and was very neat, clean, and comfortable. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and kind, and I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. 「The hotel is an older hotel but it has been really well taken care of and updated. The lobby and breakfast areas were very nice . The room was very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable! The toiletries were great! Full breakfast very good! 」
