「Very limited amenities. Lots of hard surfaces (floors, hallways, etc). Also, bed was overly soft and unsupportive. Granted we have a TempurPedic at home so our bar is higher, however the bed at CityFlats was worse than our cheapest mattress in a box. 」

「We only stayed one night but wish all the hotels I booked were as nice as this one, especially for the price! The hotel was clean, a nice continental breakfast, friendly staff, had a nice looking pool and hot tub (didn't have a chance to use) all at a very reasonable price. 」

「We did not expect a kitchen sink, full size refrigerator and dish washer in our room. Great if you're staying for a few days. Room was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Will stay there again. 」

「Requested upgrade and was granted w/minimal charge. No availability for late checkout even if you’re an elite member. Only needed 1 hour until 1pm.
