I have never ever stayed in a place this disgusting in my entire life. The pillows had mold on them. The blanket and sheets were nasty and they would not give me my money back and also the stove was disgusting and so was their pots and pans. They were so rusted. I ended up at 11 o’clock at night leaving there and found another place and they refused to give my money back so I was told by the police I need to go file police report. It’s a civil matter. And I was exhausted.

Beds were comfortable, room size adequate. Poorly stocked kitchenette, mildew on shower curtain, very slow drain in tub causing it to be dirty and slippery. Other issues related to people in rooms above us.

The room was mostly clean, it just felt like there was a residue on various pieces of furniture. I made sure to wash all my dishes before using them. The balcony was pretty dirty and the ash tray was dirty with water and I'm guessing cigarettes? (we don't smoke, so that was pretty off putting). The towels and linens were clean, as well as the bathroom. The man who checked me in couldn't tell me exactly what I would be charged. I had one service dog and one service dog in training. Service dogs in training are covered under the same laws according to Florida state law. He said he was going to charge for the one in training. She is trained enough to know not to chew furniture and holds her bathroom until outside. They made no mess while there. But, again, he still couldn't tell me what I would be charged upon check in. Instead he just kept smiling uncomfortably without giving me a direct answer. I didn't want to fuss and just wanted to get on with enjoying my weekend. So I left it be. But just be aware when booking this property. And maybe bring a spray cleaner and paper towels? It was nice to be able to walk right out onto the dog friendly section of Ormond Beach, though!

Love this place for the dog beach in front as well as the yard that my dog could roam around in. The room needs some upgrades for sure, but it was worth every penny to be able to stay here despite it all

The rooms could’ve been cleaned a little better! Our door wasn’t able to close all the way, the second bed was off set so when you laid on it and moved it teeter tottered. Over all was fine nothing disgusting or too terrible to sleep in for a few nights but could’ve been better with the prices

It had a bed to sleep on. That is it. Noisy- dogs barking, people having heated and profane arguments outside, music being played loudly and late at night. Dirty-especially the floor which hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Not well maintained-handle on entry door broken/reported/remained unfixed, toilet didn't work (but did get fixed), broken dining chair. Drab-needs new soft furnishings as well as better lighting. I did not choose this property; it is where Expedia placed me after my original choice property was without power. This was a mistake on their part as it has diminished my opinion of Expedia. This property was far below my expections.

I stay here alot. It's my home away from home for work. Staff is very friendly and helpful, nice clean rooms, on the beach with a pool. Plenty to do within walking distance. The only thing I don't really care for are the mattresses. In my opinion, they are not very comfy. But all around decent place for the price.

This was one of the most terrible properties I have ever stayed at. My original reservation was cancelled at the nearby Hilton resort apparently due to Hurricane Milton the day of me arriving in Daytona. Expedia booked this reservation last minute. The room was awful. The bed was in disarray as if someone just slept in it and it wasn’t clean. There were leaks and stains all over the roof. The bathroom toilet would not flush and would back up. The bathroom tub and sink were awfully dirty also there was an awful smell in the room . The front desk clerk was no were to be found. Never again would I ever stay at this location.

Front desk agent Thea, was very caring and helpful. She cares a lot about her guest. The hotel is older but sits right on the beach and close to the beach ramp for those who want to take a drive on the beach. Nice pool area too!

There was nothing good about this place. No one should stay here. Its not taken care of at all. I have never stayed in a worse place. We were trying to escape from Milton, it was the only place I could find that had a room. Now I know why.. We were suppose to stay Wednesday to Saturday and we left Thursday. I could not spend 1 more hour in that place. It was safer driving home then staying there. Driftwood should use my refund for the days I didnt stay to fix the broken window in that room. I didnt sleep i minute worrying that something would blow right into the room. I could go on and on but why, just dont stay in that disguising motel.

The shower was great the staff were nice. but the stay was living hell. We took refuge there during Hurricane Milton and the Room Leaked at the windows and door. The ceiling leaked down thru the light fixture and the smoke detector. We woke up getting wet and then we saw sparks coming from the smoke detector. Our guess is it was sparking at the battery from getting wet but it scared us. We had to leave Thursday morning because of the condition and we paid thru Friday and they did not refund us the day we could not stay because of the condition the place was in.
