「We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. 「I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you! 」

「Postele na izbe absolútne nevyhovujúce,matrace sa rozchádzali.Žiadali sme detskú postieľku, lenže nám bolo povedané, že už žiaľ nemajú... Tam to skončilo. Dieťa muselo spať medzi nami.... Pričom medzi matracmi sa neustále robila diera.Chýbali maličkosti ako papuče, župan, obuvák či pero s ktorým by ste mohli na papierik zaznačiť čo z minibaru ste konzumovali. 」
