「Hotel is relatively new but maintenance isn’t easy with relatively high wear and tear from volume of guests. Reception staff are excellent. Swimming pool is really very small….. adds up to a few bath tubs. Beach is right across the small road so easily accessible. Note that the room items are placed in rather unusual locations, for example bathroom toiletries are found not in the bathroom but under the table in the bedroom and the telephone is not on the bedside table but affixed to the edge...

「推薦Island Homestay！房間很新、wifi很穩、電視頻道很多。而且位置很方便，樓下就有邦咯海鮮料理、7-Eleven和KFC，走路去沙灘也只要10分鐘、去碼頭19分鐘。服務也很好，抵達前主動聯絡，也提供許多旅遊資訊參考！ Recommend Island Homestay! The room is newly refurbished with complimentary wifi and many TV channels. The location is nice. Pangkor Seafood Cuisine, 7-Eleven, and KFC are just downstairs. 10 mins walk to the beach and 19 to ferry. The service is great! The staff contacted for check-in before arrival. Also, travel information provided.」

「The aircon was noisy, the rooms are also not at all sound proof. The first room they gave us was in bad condition, so we changed and had to pay more. It was worth it, the second room was much better. But still had some issues. Broken glass from lamp, not proper working toilet host ect.. but some good things like extras were availale in the room.」

「They said no info from Expedia and refused to stay though I showed confirmation numbers etc. Their system not connected to Expedia they said. Better check otherwise same bad experience repeat by others 」

「We were not issued Any towels There's no place to sit And, the room smelled musky」

「Hotel was clean but in major need of an upgrade, No safe was disappointing, air-con did not work and pool was closed for maintenance which involved jack hammering starting early Saturday and Sunday mornings. It was close to mini mart and Main Street with a nice small beach out front.」

「The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family...

「It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. 」

「Not worth paying such amount for very basic amenities. Mentioned kitchenette but no stove, no utensils, no tissues provided. Beds not properly made, seemed like bedsheet was not changed, sand all over beds. I only like the view.」
