When I first pulled in the parking lot, they had ALOT of old furniture next to the garbage (very unpresentable). After checking in, I went to the floor to find my room. I read the signs for the rooms.300- 310 was to the right and 314- whatever was to the left. The housekeeper was blocking my room with her cart, so I didn't see my room. She asked what room I was looking for, I told her 312 she pointed to the board yelling. I told her I wasn't her child, so stop yelling at me because 312 wasn't on the board. The whole time she was blocking my room. After getting in the room, the bed was too low for my handicap mom. I went back downstairs and asked the man at the desk do he have a room with higher beds. He said No. I asked him if it would be possible to get a refund. He stated due to me booking through a third-party I wouldn't get my money back for the first day. I told him okay, he then told me to let him know by 4pm since I just checked in and he would see what he can do about getting the money back for the first day. I went back upstairs to discuss it with my mom. My mom didn't want to go through the hassle, so she asked if they had another matress to make it higher. I called down to the front desk to ask him and he said they don't have any more matresses. We had two beds in our room, so I had to stack both matresses, so my mom could get in and out the bed. My son, I, and my mom had to sleep in 1 bed from Saturday- Monday. They were very inconsiderate and inconvenient.
