From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a wonderful front desk employee who was both kind and incredibly helpful. Knowing we have another stay booked next week for my upcoming procedure gives me a great sense of comfort. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The morning front desk clerk which is the manager needs to take some classes in friendliness. Absolutely the worst hotel manager I have ever dealt with and I have traveled the world. They have no customer service whatsoever at this hotel. Lots of things broken or out of order here to. There is no FRONT STORE either so if you forget something, you are out of luck
