From the outside the property looks good. Our story started around bedtime with the TV in the bedroom not working. I called the front desk, she told me to unplug and it will work. That did not work. I called back and she told me I would have to wait until morning for maintenance because she was alone in the hotel and she couldn’t help me with the situation. I was unhappy but I moved my kiddos to the living room pull out couch instead and dealt with it. That night unfortunately my little one got sick an vomited all over the hide a bed so we had to use the shower/bath to find out out the shower and bath faucet only work together not separately very hard to bath a 1 year old in a shower/ bath combo that the faucet wasn’t working correctly. Also, the tub would not drain either. After that I moved the kids a bed in the room because I rented a suite. Unfortunately, my daughter got sick again in that bed. In the morning I asked for new sheets on the bed, the TV to be fixed and that there was a problem with the shower/ bath. The front desk assured me everything would be dealt with. My husband stayed with the kids while I went to a seminar. The maintenance guy told us the TV has been like that for weeks and they will not be fixing it, the cleaning people never came. They could have just offered to move us rooms or something but the front desk told me I had to deal with it, I paid for suite of a room I expect for it to be functioning or at least accommodated while staying there.
