Hotel staffs are well trained and experienced, trying to be satisfied. Nice and friendly, butler service is a plus for guests.
The only thing to improve is food ingredient.
We tried Citron/Barefoot/Long bar, but none of them surprised us with fancy price.
Except food, it’s definitely worth a 5 Star award.

雖然渡假村過大很不方便
但是有高爾夫球車和管家隨時待命有任何需求也都馬上做到
Overall experience in international sun peninsula resort is good , the people very friendly and helpful, since the weather is very bad , so I can’t able to enjoy and try the most of facilities in resort. But I tried two restaurants are very good and impressed with waiters.
( la Maison 1888 and barefoot ) the food and service are very good and delicious...
But the resort location is a bit far away , when we have to go out to site seeing and the transportation fee is not cheap, but resort have arrange one shuttle bus to Hoi An twice a day ...
We got a sky level room and it was very nice views! The staffs are very friendly and the services were great!

A truly Five Star Experience.
As a frequent business traveler, I have stayed at many different hotels in different cities and countries. This hotel comes close to being perfect (like the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok and Hong Kong). It is located in a breathtaking location with expansive view of the South China Sea. The architect cleverly combined Vietnamese and French design features with whimsical touches throughout the hotel. The onsite French restaurant was fantastic with fantastic staff. Visiting the hotel spa was a dramatic experience. The treatment room was set like a stage. The greatest asset of the hotel is its staff who are attentive and go out their way for their guests. E.g. I was waiting to board the hotel's mini cable car in the drizzle. A staff saw me and asked me to wait in the shade while he waited in the drizzle for the cable car and waved me over when the cable arrived. I had a sumptuous breakfast. Without me asking, a cup of tea with lemon showed up to help digestion. There was a mix up on buggy to transfer my luggage to the lobby on the day of check out. I gave my constructive feedback. The staff took action immediately to address the problem and insisted on paying for my transfer to the airport. No hotel can avoid hiccups in its operation. It is how a hotel recovers from its hiccup which is important. This one does a brilliant job at that.
