「My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.」

「What a great find. Stayed here while working in Swansea. Great place, beautifully clean, quiet and out the way, but the shops are only 5 mins away. 」

「This was the perfect place to stay for a wedding, three of us shared a very spacious room with a double and a single in a completely different room which we didn’t expect. The value for money is brilliant, the duvet and pillows were super comfortable and felt like luxury for such a cheap price. Would 100% recommend this hotel. The staff were all so friendly too and the bar is 24 hours. 」

「Kevin and the team are great, happy to help however they can. The food is very good as are the drinks. The en suite bathroom had a great shower, fluffy clean towels and was nicely laid out. The bed was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and both agreed the only thing to change were some of the carpets. We didn't sleep, eat or shower on the carpets though, so it wasn't a game changer. We would definitely stay again, thank you Kevin and the whole team.」
