「There was a very cosy feel to the hotel and the room. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety and staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the pub on the first night and the meals were delicious. The room was fairly comfortable but it could do with some updating/replacing of items. The mattress was past it's best (resulting in an uncomfortable sleep on the first night) and the taps were loose, with drainage not working great. However we'd certainly return again.」

「We had a very pleasant 3 night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout from initial welcome to final farewell. The room was large enough clean and warm, the bed had a solid frame, the mattress was softer than my preference but my wife was happy. The bathroom was large with a spacious powerful shower. 「We only stayed for a couple of nights but we found Danni and her family very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all very much and we will definitely return. 」

「We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.」
