「Felt safe and it was clean. Would have liked another communication method for international travelers who can't call. Tried to email but wouldn't go through. Overall, nice property and I would stay again.」

「雙人房房間很大，樓底高，有簡約廚房，最欣賞是浴室內的花灑，有三個出水位 (固定花灑 / 手握花灑 / 水龍頭)，水龍頭約一米高，十分適合本人洗頭。但房間清潔非每天做，住了兩個晚上，垃圾沒清理，廁紙沒補充，是一敗筆。可是仍值得推薦。」

「Excellent stay room very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very nice and lots of choice, only downfall was air conditioning in the room wasn’t working. Very friendly and efficient staff and quick and easy check in 」

「A lovely hotel where the staff were absolutely wonderful, the kids were over the moon with the biscuits the lady on reception gave us, just a little touch but it was lovely. The room was a little dated but had all we needed and was well maintained and clean which is more important than the era of furniture (think 1990s pine era). The initial lack of signage for the car park had us almost parking out the front in a car park full of pot holes but as we got out we realised the car park was round...

「很差勁的體驗，房間殘舊，有臭味，燈光昏暗，光線不足。床褥有蟲咬的感覺，一整晚都很癢。 不敢相信這個價格，房間內居然沒有拖鞋及水提供！ 而且浴室裡的花灑是壞的，房間地墊十分髒，梳化也很髒，眼睛可見除處都是食物碎屑，令人作嘔，房間充滿臭味，這一晚是惡夢的一晚」

Just simplify the room choices and stop offering upgraded rooms at upgraded prices if you aren't going to give the correct rooms upon arrival」
