「Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. The place is so quiet and relaxing, the stand-alone cottages are so spacious with big private verandah and all handmade from local timber.
