「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. 「Was a lovely hotel with lovely staff in a nice location, I do like the kings inn hotels but admittedly the bathroom wasn’t very clean nor modern and it did smell a little, but it was still good for the price we paid to stay there. The bed was comfortable and we had a sleep without any disturbances. Also breakfast was nice, and the bar maids were very nice and it was very calm and chilled to sit and have a drink in the evening. 」

「The only issue I had was that on getting into the room there was no heating on even though it was only 3 degrees outside, on turning on the electric heater it took a couple of hours for it to get warm enough to sit in the room. 「Really good customer service. I arrived late in the afternoon on Boxing Day, after a 4 hour drive, and one of the first things I was asked was had I eaten? Turns out it was a Boxing Day 3 course menu and the kitchen was just closing and the lady in reception wanted to ensure I could get something to eat rather than take a chance in the local area.
