「Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....」

Stayed 3 nights in late June, very hot weather but the AC runs perfectly and there’s always cold water in the lobby for you to drink and refill your water bottle before heading out (you’ll need it ) didn’t try breakfast, there’s is a supermarket not to far with a lot of options. 「Arrived Bordeaux at the hottest days, almost 40 degree in June. Great to find hotel with sufficient air conditioning, and the room is spacious and clean. There are some water leaking from the shower tub, but not great matter. Great shower. The ladies there, Helen, is very helpful, even help me to move my heavy luggage upstairs into my room.
