「Great value for the money. Beautiful view, my daughter loved feeding the ducks and turtle by the lake. Cute picnic area. The staff was super friendly and the housekeeping staff responded to requests promptly. Everything was clean in the room and well maintained. The outside was picked up and free from litter. 「The room was great. Pillows were terrible with no body. When I checked in I asked for a late departure. I was told 12 noon to 1pm is ok just call and advise the desk. I went to a meeting that lasted longer than expected. Desk told my wife if she did not vacate the room by 11:30am we would be charged for another day. She did call for a late check out. Poor excuse for Hilton Honors guest.」

「Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong.」

「Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...

「This house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and felt like a very safe neighborhood for a few women traveling. The ONLY improvements I would suggest would be having more towels, and extra blankets available for guests. And I would replace the pull out couch mattress as it was very uncomfortable. Still a 10/10 overall!」
