We felt a little bit cold despite the radiator being on 5, so I asked the lovely lady on morning reception for some extra blankets. She said she'd get on to this. 「It was our 2nd time at the hotel . This time we brought two friends for a long weekend. We paid extra for half board . The food is always 10/10 . Choices are excellent. Breakfast is always excellent. Swimming pool, jacuzzi was amazing , came out totally relaxed . Staff are amazing, super helpful and always happy 10/10 . We stayed In a garden room . It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation.
